Q Do I need to set up an account to place an order? A

Yes, in order to place an order at noonbynoor.com you will have to create an account.

Q I've forgotten my password. What should I do? A

Click on "Forgot Password" when you try to enter log-in information.

Q Which size should I choose? A

All products are sold by the international sizing scheme used by the designer. To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the 'size chart' link which you will find on every product page.

Q What payment methods do you accept? A

We accept Visa, MasterCard and JCB cards. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed.

Q Which countries does noonbynoor.com ship to? A

Noon By Noor ships worldwide.

Q Do you offer same day delivery in Bahrain? A

Yes. If an order is placed before 10am it will be delivered on the same day except on Fridays.

* Same day delivery is not guaranteed due to courier restrictions.

Q What packaging will my order be shipped in? A

All orders are shipped in our signature Noon By Noor packaging. Your order will be delivered in our signature white and purple box wrapped with our purple ribbon.

Q Is my package insured? A

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Noon By Noor to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Q Do I need to sign for my order? A

Yes. Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders.

Q Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched? A

We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address.

Q Can I add items to an existing order? A

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.

Q How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted? A

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.

Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Q Can I track my order? A

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

Q How do I return or exchange an item? A

Making a return or exchange is easy using our free collection service. Just make sure you request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to customerservice@noonbynoor.com and return the items within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.

Receiving your RMA number:

Email your order number, item to be returned or exchanged and the reason for returning/exchanging.
Returning/Exchanging your purchase

Fill out the Return Tag with the requested information. (You should have received an return tag inside your package)

Bahrain: Book a collection with any courier. Make sure to include the return tag with your package. You will be notified by email once your package has been received.

Other countries: Book a collection with Fedex. Make sure to include the return tag with your package. You will be notified by email once your package has been received.

Exchanges are available based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement item but does not cover taxes and duties.

Q Do you offer repair services? A

No, we do not offer a repairs service.

Q Will I have to pay tax/duty on my order? A

Yes. Noon By Noor is not responsible for any taxes or duties. Customers are to pay any taxes and duties upon the arrival of their package to the destination country.

Q Is my personal information kept private? A

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.

To register at noonbynoor.com, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

Please note that noonbynoor.com may use your contact details to inform you of the latest arrivals via email. If you would prefer not to receive these updates, please email.
